REGISTRATION

New! Day Tickets: Delegates can book a maximum of two day tickets to have access to the congress on the chosen day(s).

*Student: To be able to register as students/postdocs, delegates must upload proof of full-time enrolment at a recognized university or college at both the time of registration and during IUIS 2025.

**Low and Lower Middle Income Countries:  As stated in World Bank Classification.

*** Registration Fee for Accompanying Person over 18 Includes: Admission to the poster area and the exhibition, Opening/Closing Sessions, Welcome Reception, Congress Party & Coffee Breaks all days. No access to the sessions apart from the Opening and Closing Sessions. Only one accompanying person can be registered per delegate. 

****Registration Fee for Accompanying Person under 18 Includes: Access to all conference sessions, poster and exhibition area, and all IUIS 2025 areas. Childcare services are not included in the fee. However, if you book childcare services for at least one day, the registration fee will be waived. Please note that each regular delegate may register up to two accompanying persons under 18.

Payment / Registration Confirmation / Invoice

The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of completed online registration and payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed or the payment received after the deadline, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically. The registration confirmation/invoice will be provided upon receipt of payment in full and proof of status if applicable.

Media Registration

To register as a media representative, please contact IUIS 2025 Registration Team at registration@iuis.org. There is no registration fee for accredited media representatives. However, to register as a media representative, you must submit a copy of your official Media or Press card. 

Group Registration

Registrations for 5 or more persons will be handled separately as a group booking.

A 10% discount is available for all groups and institutions (with a minimum of 10 paid registrations) located in low-income or lower-middle-income countries.

A payment order will be sent together with a name list template by email to the group manager once the IUIS 2025 Registration Team has received the fully completed online group registration form. Please note that group bookings must be paid by bank transfer.
Individual data of each group member such as first name, last name, individual email address and postal address must be provided.

New group requests will be considered until 1 August 2025, 24:00 CET (names, required delegate data and payment in full must be made until 6 August 2025) to guarantee a smooth procedure. After that date, only individual online registration will be possible.
A final registration invoice shall be issued and sent to the group manager after the congress.
