CAREER & FAMILY?

Both are possible. During the congress, childcare will be provided for children aged 3-12. Trained staff will lovingly look after the children and offer various age-appropriate activities. While your child is being looked after, you can take part in the congress program with peace of mind.

Childcare is offered at the following times:

17.08.: 08:30 – 17:30
18.-21.08.: 08:00 – 18:30
22.08.: 08:00 – 15.30

Price: 65,00 € per child & day (incl. fingerfood & beverage)

Booking Deadline: Please book the service by 15.06. at the latest, as spontaneous registration on site will not be possible.

Important Information: If you book at least one day of child care services, the registration fees for accompanying persons under 18 will be waived. However, if you do not require child care services, the registration fees below will apply.

The IUIS 2025 Congress welcomes families and recognizes the importance of accommodating delegates with children.

Due to very low expressed demand for childcare services, we will not provide dedicated childcare service at the IUIS 2025 Congress. If you require child care during your stay, we recommend the following trusted resources and services:

Delegates are, of course, still welcome to bring their children to the venue. In this case, you will need to register your child for security reasons. The registration fees for children and accompanying persons under the age of 18 look as follows:

The registration fee for onsite accompanying persons under 18 includes:

• Access to all conference sessions, the poster and exhibition area, and all IUIS 2025 areas.

• Each regular delegate may register up to two accompanying persons under 18.

• Childcare services are not included in this fee. However, if you book childcare services for at least one day, the registration fees will be waived.
